Summer in Manhattan Beach wouldn’t be complete without concerts at Polliwog Park, and this year’s grand finale is one you won’t want to miss. On Sunday, August 31, from 5–7 PM, the summer concert series closes with Britain’s Finest, Southern California’s premier Beatles tribute band.

Known for their uncanny, note-for-note renditions of Beatles’ classics, Britain’s Finest takes audiences on a journey back to the days of Beatlemania. From “She Loves You” and “I Want to Hold Your Hand” to “Something” and “Hey Jude,” their setlist covers the hits that defined a generation. With authentic costumes, stage presence, and spot-on harmonies, this group has earned acclaim across the U.S. and internationally, even performing at the world-famous Cavern Club in Liverpool during International BeatleWeek.

This free, family-friendly concert is more than just music—it’s an experience. Spread out your blanket, set up low-slung beach chairs, and enjoy the atmosphere of one of the South Bay’s most beloved summer traditions. Food trucks, community vibes, and the magic of live music under the evening sky make this the perfect way to close out the season.
