In honor of Earth Day, South Bay Parkland Conservancy invites the community to a day of learning, connection, and celebration in nature at Hopkins Wilderness Park on Saturday, April 19, 2025. This free, family-friendly event runs from 10 AM to 1 PM and includes activities for all ages.
What to Expect:
Kick off the day with a special restoration session from 9:00–10:30 AM to help maintain and care for our local wilderness. At 10:15 AM, join an educational seminar on monarch butterflies to learn about their vital role in our ecosystem and how to protect them. A guided nature walk focused on environmental stewardship will follow from 11:00–11:30 AM.
