Looking for a midweek refresh for your body and mind? Join in for a free Tai Chi class on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peninsula Center Library’s Community Room in Rolling Hills Estates.

Led by Valyn Carenza-Pack from Torrance Memorial Medical Center, this gentle movement class offers a calming and effective way to improve balance, coordination, and mobility. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that blends slow, intentional movements with focused breathing and meditation—making it ideal for all experience levels.

Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, improve flexibility, or simply try something new, this class provides a welcoming space to reconnect with your body in a peaceful setting.
