Hosted by the City of Torrance Community Services Department, this annual event is a favorite for families who love costumes, candy, and outdoor movie magic.

Grab your blankets, lawn chairs, and your spookiest costumes for a festive evening under the stars featuring a special screening of “Lilo & Stitch” (2025, rated PG). This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween weekend in a relaxed and festive community setting.

Event Schedule:
• 5:00 – 7:00 PM: DJ music and food from Farmers’ Market vendors and food trucks (food available for purchase)
• 5:00 – 8:00 PM: So Cal Live Steamers Halloween train rides ($10 per ride, height restrictions apply)
• 5:30 – 6:00 PM: Special performance by Torrance Cheer
• 6:00 – 6:30 PM: Costume Parade
• 6:30 – 9:00 PM: Movie Under the Stars – Lilo & Stitch
