This pop-up brings together two local favorites — Kaffeine’s inviting atmosphere and Moonstone & Mist’s love for storytelling and connection. Whether you’re a bookworm, coffee lover, or just looking for a calm weekend morning, this is the perfect pairing.

Moonstone & Mist Bookshop isn’t just about selling books — it’s about building community. Their vision is to become a local hub for creativity, supporting local authors and fostering meaningful connections through events like poetry readings, book signings, writing workshops, and story time for kids. They’re also giving back by partnering with local non-profits every Thursday and donating 10% of sales to support schools, youth programs, and community organizations.

Currently, the bookshop is growing through three phases:
Phase 1: Online sales through Bookshop.org and Libro.fm — so you can support the shop anytime from home.
Phase 2: Pop-up shops (like this one!) hosted at beloved South Bay businesses.
Phase 3: A permanent brick-and-mortar space coming soon to Redondo Beach in 2026.
