National Night Out returns to Downtown Lomita for an evening dedicated to community, safety, and neighborhood connections. Hosted by the City of Lomita in partnership with the Lomita Sheriff's Department and Community Safety officers, this free event brings residents together for a fun and informative night.
From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, visitors can enjoy a Classic Car Show, a Micromobility Ride-N-Drive event, and opportunities to meet local law enforcement and community safety personnel. The event is designed to strengthen relationships between residents and public safety agencies while celebrating community pride.
Car enthusiasts can also take part in the Classic Car Show, featuring a variety of vintage and specialty vehicles. Registration is open now, with entries due by Tuesday, July 28. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged for those who would like to display a vehicle.
Whether you're coming to admire the cars, meet your neighbors, or learn more about local safety programs, National Night Out offers a welcoming evening for all ages. It's a great opportunity to connect with the people and organizations that help keep the community strong.
This is why We Love South Bay Local. Events like National Night Out bring neighbors together, strengthen community partnerships, and create safer, more connected neighborhoods right here in the South Bay.
