Looking for a fun way to kick off the holiday season with the kids? Snow Play & Santa Day is coming to Christ Lutheran School in Rancho Palos Verdes on Saturday, November 7, 2026. Presented by Team Whitney in partnership with Christ Lutheran's PTL, this family-friendly event brings snow, holiday activities, and festive entertainment to the South Bay.

One of the highlights is a real snow sledding ramp featuring 20 tons of snow. Kids can enjoy a little winter fun without leaving Southern California. Families will also have opportunities to visit with Santa, Elsa, and Anna, making it a fun outing for children who love the holiday season.

Throughout the afternoon, visitors can enjoy arts and crafts, bounce houses, a park play area, and live dance performances from local studios. There will also be a DJ, photo booth, and other activities to keep the family entertained.

The event will feature a holiday market with vendors offering food, drinks, face painting, merchandise, and more. It's also an opportunity to browse local businesses and get a head start on holiday shopping while the kids enjoy the festivities.

Snow Play & Santa Day takes place from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Christ Lutheran School, located at 28850 S Western Ave in Rancho Palos Verdes. Wristbands are $30 per participating child when purchased in advance or $40 at the event. Admission is free for adults and non-participating children.

We love finding family-friendly events that bring the South Bay community together while supporting local schools, businesses, and organizations.
