Take a mindful midweek break with Tai Chi at Malaga Cove Library. Instructor Valyn Carenza-Pack from Torrance Memorial Medical Center will guide you through gentle, flowing movements designed to improve balance, coordination, and mobility. Each session combines movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to create a true mind-body experience.
Tai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion.” It’s a practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to improve physical health, mental clarity, or simply enjoy a peaceful hour in a beautiful setting, this class is for you.
Classes are held every Wednesday in October from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the Malaga Cove Library Gallery and Garden. No registration is required—just come ready to move at your own pace. Please consult with your medical provider before attending and remember to listen to your body. Avoid any movement that causes pain or discomfort.
