Halloween fun is coming to Rancho Palos Verdes with the City's annual Trunk or Treat celebration on Saturday, October 17. Taking place at the Ken Dyda Civic Center, this free community event brings together trick-or-treating, entertainment, games, and plenty of activities for kids and adults to enjoy.

One of the highlights of the event is trunk-or-treating, where participating vehicles will be decorated with Halloween themes and kids can collect treats as they make their way from trunk to trunk. It's a fun alternative to traditional trick-or-treating and gives everyone a chance to show off their Halloween costumes a little early.

Beyond the decorated car trunks, there will be plenty of activities throughout the afternoon. Kids can enjoy inflatables, face painting, games, and giveaways, along with a puppet show and music. A costume parade will also be part of the festivities, so be sure to come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume.

Food vendors will be available with treats and refreshments for purchase, making it easy to spend a few hours enjoying the celebration. Whether you're coming for the trick-or-treating, entertainment, or simply to enjoy the Halloween atmosphere, there will be plenty to explore.

Trunk or Treat takes place from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ken Dyda Civic Center, located at 30940 Hawthorne Blvd in Rancho Palos Verdes. Admission is free. Additional free parking and shuttle service will be available from the Point Vicente Interpretive Center.
