As the sun dips low over the Pacific, unwind and recharge with Sunset Reset at Hermosa Pier — a golden-hour gathering of movement, calm, and connection by the waves. Hosted by Swell Tide Studios, this intimate oceanfront experience takes place on Friday, November 14 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, bringing together a small circle of locals for an evening designed to soothe the body and restore the mind.

Created for students, professionals, and anyone craving balance, Sunset Reset combines gentle Pilates-inspired movement, a restorative sound bath, and a cup of warm herbal tea under the golden sky. You’ll flow, breathe, and relax to the rhythm of the ocean, surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded people.

Each ticket includes:

• Light Pilates stretch to awaken and ground the body

• Sound bath meditation at sunset for deep relaxation

• A cozy cup of herbal tea (with honey optional)

• A community circle to connect with new friends

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or blanket, a light layer for warmth, and a thermos or water bottle. Optional extras like a journal or eye mask can help make the sound bath even more peaceful.
